Both Melissa and Laura are full of energy, fun, nurture, positivity and enthusiasm. They  thrive on making a difference and strive to share all that they have with everyone they are lucky enough to meet.

Between them they hold the following qualifications.Forest School leader level 3, first aid , diploma in early childhood studies, food safety and hygiene level 2, safeguarding, fire warden and marshall V4, forest schooling diploma, autism in education level 3, teaching assistant level 2, british sign language level 3, supporting teaching and learning in schools diploma.

What do Melissa and Laura want to achieve?

We want to make a difference , we want to teach life skills to children, how to be independent, how to use DIY tools, how to make shelters, how to cook outdoors, how to climb, how to learn while having fun, how to build confidence, resilience , social and emotional skills, how to enjoy the freedom of the outdoors and all that nature has to offer.

We want to give children the greatest gift of all which is TIME. We want to create an environment where children's voices are heard, an environment in which children can freely speak out and say "i have an idea" .We will listen and make their ideas come to life.We create an environment where kids can be kids but they also show respect for the forest they love and are happy and confident in.We want  them to look after the woodland and care for those who are also a part of it.We recognise every child is an individual and many are not pen to paper sit down learners . We want every single child to feel the freedom of being in an environment where they can excel and feel confident and celebrate their achievements. An environment they can thrive in and be free to be themselves.
